The backgrounds were printed onto copy paper and the designs onto 160 gm card. The backgrounds were mounted onto card blanks using dst and the design pieces layered using 1mm foam pads.
I have always thought of wood effect backgrounds as only being suitable for male cards, but the colour range in this set make them suitable for male or female cards has can be seen from the picture. Very useful.
