Under the Sea Paper KitCompleted by Angela Styles
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Children
I chose this fun sheet from the colourful collection.I cut out a panel and mounted it on to a card blank.I then punched 2 scalloped circles from the design and mounted these with foam pads.I added gems for the "bubbles" and co-ordinating ribbon.
