I opened the blue-green Ombré file into my photo editor. Then I added a silhouette picture on top of it. After this I tried a black overlay and a frame, but it made the card too dark. So I chose the light lace frame and added it.
As embellishment I added four flowers in each corner of the frame. I'll add later at least one decoupage layer to the flowers.
