I printed the 2nd from the left pattern onto 160gsm card and with the help from a few templates I cut out '4 you' from the card and used a blue Spectrum Noir pen to edge all the characters.

I attached them to an 8" square card blank using silicone gel. I made up a flower fairy decoupage from Crafters Companion and attached to the 4 using silicone gel. I added a few peel-offs to accent and some corners too.
