Birthday Balloon Backgrounds

Hello Fellow Crafters,

This is such a great set to have and so easy to just print, cut and top up with whatever that takes your fancy.

I printed these onto Matte photo card trimmed them down and mounted them onto a white linen textured card stocks, they are now ready to add whatever when needed. I have finished one to show. I punched out some ballons from white linen textured card blue out lined them to add character, then added the letters "happy" on the ballons and mounted them up with 3d foam tabs. then added a Glitter "Birthday" greeting and some blue trim around the edges .
