I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 5 square scalloped edged card. I attached one of the papers to the card using double sided tape.

I layered one of the gift tags from design 3D Top Drawer Floral Cards Bumper Kit, cUp 368721_359 onto silver mirror card using thin foam tape and then attached this to the paper using double sided tape.
