Printed on matte photo paper. Added topper from cup 789122_4063 and built up image with foam pads. A beautiful set of background papers that appear to shimmer. Love it.

I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper. I attached the background paper on a card. Then I mounted a decoupage motive onto the background paper using foam pads.
