Swirls Blue Paper KitCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed out onto white card and attached to main card with d/s tape. Using a decoupage picture I attached this to some white card and cut around the edge leaving a narrow border then added the decoupage pieces.

I then added a sentiment at the bottom.

A very versatile backing sheet.
