Printed white scroll embossed effect background paper and folded it to use as a card. Added silver peel off border and ribbon with bow. Punched out 6 scallop squares from printed turquoise scroll embossed effect paper and attached them to card using foam pads.
Used various birthday-themed silver peel offs to embellish.
