Have been looking for ages for the right background for this decoupage from my 'stash' and this fits the bill perfectly.
I mounted a piece onto a white 13.5cm.sq. card and added clear glittery peel offs from corner to corner and then attached the topper into the centre finishing off with more peel offs .
