Printed out sheet Heart 2 (2 to the page) and cut out one piece. I trimmed this piece to 5x5 inch. I then added cup 282668_1209 to the centre with d/s tape and foam pads.

I made a 5 x 5 inch easel card and attached this topper to the card also using d/s tape.

I cut a small piece of the backing paper to fit the bottom of the card and added a smaller piece of matching red card using d/s tape.

I added this to the card using foam pads and finally added a silver peeloff sentiment.
