Celtic Knots 1 - Set of 12 Backing Papers

I cut a piece of black card to fit an 8 x 8 card leaving a narrow border. I then printed Paper 7 of the kit and cut 2 panels.

Using Tonic Celtic Dreams Dies I cut 2 border strips in silver mirri and attached them to the panels using wet glue.

Then using the corner dies from the same set I cut 2 also in silver mirri. I placed the 2 panels onto the black card using foam pads and added black gems. Then I added the 2 corners to the top and bottom.

I used Diesire sentiment die and cut out Happy Birthday also from silver mirri and placed this into the centre.

Now that the topper has been completed I attached it to the main card using d.s tape. The insert has decorative punched corners and has been left blank so that my customer can write their own message.
