These are currently my go-to backing papers. They match a variety of different styles of cards as you can see in my photo, with a beautiful range of colours (all the cards were bought on this site).
They can also be used as part of the card - as you can see on my egg card. The 2 plain eggs are made from different papers included in this set.
Being subtle shades makes them perfect for backgrounds and the grunge finish adds some variation within the colours - perfect!
I printed out colour "a" of the 12 colours included in this lovely kit of backing papers, onto glossy photo paper and trimmed to fit a scalloped edge 8inch card leaving a narrow margin all round. I attached using DST, to give a complementing background to Anniversary card, cup 518411_994, which I layered with foam pads. I used gold decorative borders along the 2 wider margins, to bring out the colours of the background and embellished with paper flowers and card candi.
These are a gorgeous set of 12 subtle shades grunge backing papers perfect for many crafting projects. This is, in my opinion, one of those craft box "must-haves"! I just love these subtle shades!
