Cut out main topper and mounted it onto some gold card, mounted that onto an A4 green pearlised card,cut out the rest of the decoupage and put foam pads on the back for 3d effect, cut out some of the ribbons and hearts and sentiments, arranged these onto the card and stamp a couple of teddies on to the same gold card as the topper.
