Starry Male Birthday Aperture KitCompleted by Vicki Avcin ~ AusCrafts

I printed out all sheets. I printed onto photo paper. Cut out topper and aperture as indicated. I used a glitter paper as a background sheet so it showed behind the aperture. I used D/S tape to stick to a blue card base.

I then made some ribbon loops and stuck behind the main decoupage piece (the present) and then stuck all decoupage pieces and the sentiment tag down with 2mm foam pads.
