Arch Card Kit - Spring Bouquet
Arch cards have an arch shaped aperture on the front, through which you can see the main image. There is a picket fence to add along the bottom of the front - I suggest you use thick foam pads to attach this so that the design underneath will show through better (note the fence sticks up above the
bottom of the arch so don't put foam pads or glue at the top of the fence except for the two outside fence posts); then there are various elements to add
to the fence and the arch. Most of these can be added wherever you like. Sometimes the main image inside the card is decoupaged and sometimes it isn't - it varies according to the design. Each card also has a matching envelope.
This card has a pink striped background with a lovely bouquet of roses, and other flowers. There are various flowers and leaves to decoupage onto the arch and the fence and the envelope has a particularly pretty design. The fence is pale lavender and there are 3 heart shaped diamonds.

With this design i first printed the main design base onto glossy photo card, and the other pages on glossy photo paper, this i did to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i first made up the card, by placing the backing paper onto the inside of the card base, then on the inside of the arch i added some pretty lace, then added the picket fence by using 2mm sticky pads and finishing off by placing the flowers all round the bottom of the fence, this is a beautiful design which could be used for almost any ocasssion, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
