I printed the card sheets onto 250gsm. matte photo paper and the envelope onto 128gsm. matte photo paper. I scored the back of the card as marked and cut out all the pieces. I glued the front and back heads together before adding the joining strip .
Then I added the layers using sticky pads. This card has a Birthday Boy caption but you could also have Happy Birthday, Best Brother or Congratulations. Just let me know.
