I printed the design on good quality photo paper and attached the base to a pink card. I chose to just use the bottom scallops which I applied with silicone glue. I used glitter on the tiara, wand, polka dots on her dress and shoes.
I finished with three pearls to the tips of the tiara...Great design for that little girl who loves fairies and sparkle!
