To make this card I cut out all the pieces, stuck the base picture to a piece of A3 card and trimmed to size.
Then I layered the pieces using foam pads.
I then picked out the pink detail around the witch with glue pen and crystal glitter, adding glitter to the hat too. then added diamantes to the four corners
