I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and the envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut these out.

I cut out the design as instructed. I assembled the fan using thin foam tape. I attached the back of the card to the front using double sided tape.

I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape.
