3D the Ice Cream Parlour Window Pop Up Card DecoupageCompleted by Cynthia - Designed & Made to be different.

Printed onto white smooth card and followed the easy instructions included in the kit, decoupaging with foam pads, there are plenty of extra elements in the kit for you to choose from, I used red dimensional fabric paint as strawberry sauce on the 99's and brown dimensional paint for chocolate sauce on the ice cream sundae, plus some nuts, I added some spoons & a yum-yum lolly, the border for the window I made into blind, another super design from Carol.
