3D Hats Window Pop Up Card Decoupage N EnvelopeCompleted by Cynthia - Designed & Made to be different.
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
Printed onto white smooth card and followed the easy instructions included in the kit, there were lots of extra hats to decoupage, I added the window border as a blind, I added flowers & feathers to some of the hats, to the front I added a hat from my craft box and a facinator on a comb, I love these kits, they are sturdy and fold flat to go in the matching envelope included in the kit.
