OccasionI printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the card as instructed. I attached the back panel to the front panel using wet glue. This gives time to line the two sides up correctly.
I added the darts using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I threaded the centre panel through the slots on the front panel and added the dartboards as stoppers. I attached the front panel to the back using double sided tape. I printed the envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut it out.
I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape.
