I copied to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted to gold card using d.s.t. The instruction was very easy to follow so I built up the decoupage using 3mm double sided foam tape. I added the greeting using 3 decals to make it stand out.

Cut out the ribbon and built it up to match the rest of the card. Using one of the decals and a large and small rosette I made a tag. I cut the rosettes to look like a flower, then I added a gold bow. Such a beautiful card, just stunning and so easy to make.
