OccasionPrinted on matte photo paper. I mounted the base image with DST onto red/violet cardstock, then onto a card I made from another stash cardstock.
Built all the 3D layers with thin foam pads, (silicone gel for some elements) and added a single embellishment to the bow.
For the tag, I cut out two extra large rosettes with the paper connecting them still attached-shaped this with scissors, then colored it with a metallic gold marker (also the edges of the rosettes.) I layered both the front and back rosettes with the smaller ones (foam pads again), then attached the flower embellishment and gold cord.
