I printed sheets onto glossy photo paper and cut out. I matt main image onto holographic gold card, then layered the elements with foam pads.
I added blue and pink gems.
I then put the whole topper onto a card blank.
Quick, easy and very very effective. The colours are lovely on this project and the recipient would think it had taken ages to make.
