This card I have printed out on 190 gr Matt Photo Card, I cut out all elements, fixing the two different size rosettes with foam pads.
These were mounted on layer one again with foam pads.
The oval frame I then attached on top of these again with foam pads. and the bow was attached to the frame at the top of the design.
This I then attached to the main picture base, and I then attached to an 8" scolloped edge card with double sided tape.
