I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements.

I inked the edges of all the decoupage elements and, following the reasonable simple directions, I assembled the card using a combination of DST and spongy tape, I added the greeting as well as some gold and silver glitter glue and a couple of 'real' holly embellishments.
