Birthday Girl Comic Style Pop UpCompleted by Cynthia - Designed & Made to be different.

Printed onto Crafty Bobs matte paper and followed the easy instructions and diagrams, I trimmed the insert with my fancy edge cutter, added the very effective pop-outs along with confetti swirls and surprises because you really do get a surprise when you open this card, a great design.
