I printed the sheets onto white card and cut out all the elements. I scored and cut where indicated on the base of the card and folded into shape. I attached the side panels with double sided tape and built up the decoupage layers using silicone glue.
I then attached the decoupage picture onto the front of the card and added a sentiment along the bottom.
