Dragon Up the Kids 2 Exploding Box Surprise Kit.
Make this cute exploding box, ideal as an unusual gift and keepsake. Inside are four pouches each with a beautiful tag ready for you to write on. There are sentiments and Lid Toppers s to further decorate. When the box falls open there is a lovely Gift Box.

I printed the box onto 240gsm white card and other elements onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut these out.
I assembled the box following the instructions with the design and using strong double sided red tape.
I added the inside pockets using double sided tape and added the greeting on each pocket using a thin foam pad.
These pockets will hold a greeting card for your message. I assembled the box that goes inside using strong double sided red tape. I lined the box using wet glue and elements of the box printed onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper.
I attached it to the base using strong double side red tape. I assembled the lid also using doubled sided red tape. I cut a slit on the topper for the inside box and slipped the tabs at the base of the smaller dragon through and secured underneath with strong double side red tape.
I then attached this to the lid using thin foam tape. I did this too for the main lid on the box. I added the side panels using thin foam tape. These I also printed onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper. This was the easiest box I have made. Not a lot of fussy cutting. Beautiful when finished.
