This is a customer request which matches my Rocker Card of the same name ( cup1097248_905). It makes a beautiful Decoration/ Gift.
A backing paper is also included and each Plaque is blank, all you need to do is add a length of ribbon, glue the front and back pieces back to back, and decorate however you like.
Ideal to make to sell at your Craft Stalls or for Fundraising events. Very easy to make.

I printed the sheets onto good quality white card and cut out the images. I attached each heart using pink gingham ribbon and added the decoupage with glue and foam pads. Just beautiful!
