3D Top Hat Decoration A4 Card KitCompleted by Ruth Walters

I downsized the sheet to A5 as this makes it cheaper to post.I matted the two backing sheets onto silver mirri card then mounted this onto a white card blank. adding the paper ribbon at the join.

I cut out the components for the tophat etc,folded and glued to shape as per the instructions I then used stick n stick tape to mount onto the card adding a ribbon so that it may be attached to your Xmas Tree.

I added the greeting on the front and the instructions and handmade by Tags on the back of the card to finish.
