Printed on semi-gloss photo paper. Glued the front and back base pieces together, rubbed glue on the cut edges and sprinkled them with Flower Soft Diamond Gold (this covers the cut edges nicely).

I used silicone gel to attach the layers on the front and back, making them quite dimensional. Added a tiny blue satin bow to the front, and finished with a light spray of Glitter Dust Iridescent.
