I reduced the size slightly to fit the matte photo paper I was using and printed all the sheets except one of the inserts.
I used spray adhesive to attach the base card to the background sheet (this would be optional, but adds a nice touch and makes a sturdier card), allowed to dry, cut out, scored and folded. Added most of the decoupage with silicone gel (I used the #1 bird decoupage on the back of the card (wet glue) and didn't use the #1 of the flowers and leaves.
Added the insert with strips of tape about 1/2" from the fold of the card. I made the cute envelope according to the instructions on the sheets, using strong dst for assembly. This is a great kit. Not only is it adorable, but it's well-thought out, with good instructions included, and easy to make. Love it!
Base card was printed onto 250 gsm card and backing sheet on reverse. Decoupage layers were printed onto 190 gsm card. All pieces were cut out, scored and folded as shown on the easy to follow instructions on each sheet and layers were added with foam pads.
Insert was printed onto 100 gsm paper, cut out, folded and stuck inside the pre-folded card whilst the matching envelope was printed onto 130 gsm matt photo paper, cut, scored and folded and assembled with double sided tape.
This kit includes all the sheets necessary to make the card, insert and envelope and is ideal for a number of occasions.
