French Lavender Rounded Corner Card Kit with Matching Envelope and Additional Sentiments
This is a simple and pretty card, suitable for a variety of occasions as it comes with several sentiment options plus a blank sentiment panel to modify yourself. Finished card measures 5.5 x 5.5 inches.
You can make a basic unlayerd card if you're rushed for time, or you could make a layered topper or make the complete decoupaged card and matching envelope. If you don't want to make the envelope the card will fit a standard 6x6 inch envelope. The kit contains seven different sheets with step by step instructions on each sheet.
The kit contains:
a shaped card base sheet with Bon Voyage sentiment panel.
2 layer sheets with the decoupage layers and sentiments (including Happy Birthday, Best Wishes, With Love, Bon Voyage! and blank).
a matching insert sheet which has been left blank so you can write your own message (you can also use this sheet to add a verse or message with a graphics program such as photoshop, paint etc).
an envelope front sheet.
an envelope back sheet.
an optional backing sheet for printing onto the back of the base card if you don't want the inside of your card to be white.
All sheets are 300 dpi, high resolution, for quality printing.

Reduced the size slightly to fit the matte photo paper I was using and printed the sheets.
I used spray adhesive to attach the base card to the background sheet (this would be optional, but adds a nice touch and makes a sturdier card), allowed to dry, cut out, scored and folded. Added some of the decoupage with silicone gel. Added a little flower above the sentiment, and crystal Stickles on the "jewel".
Added the insert with strips of tape about 1/2" from the fold of the card, then made the envelope according to the instructions on the sheets, using strong dst for assembly. This is a great kit. Well-thought out, with good instructions included, and easy to make.
