Birthday Down by the River Decoupage Stepper Card KitCompleted by Jane Wells
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
Printed onto white card, I cut out and assembled this kit following the very easy instructions. These stepper cards are great fun and I make a template of the base to use for other cards on CUP!
Layered using silicone glue - I did cut the slats out of the deck chair using a craft knife - very pleased, a good solid card with images that will be used again and again!
