I printed all of the pages onto stiff photo paper and cut all the elements out, including two text circles and the decoupage from the additional sheet.

I scored and folded the front and back, then I stuck some thin card behind the centre panels to make it more sturdy, and then I cut out the hole in the middle.

I layered up the decoupage on the back panel with glue gel. I scored, folded and glued the envelope. I then stuck the two halves of the card together, making sure that it folds flat.

I added one text circle to the front of the card, and the other on the front of the envelope.
