I printed the base card onto linen cardstock and I printed the decoupage sheets onto 190gsm Matt photo paper, cut them out and used 2mm foam pads to mount the topper base to card base the I layered up the decoupage with 2mm foam pads.
I left the inner part of the poppy wreath and stamped a sentiment into it.
