Birthday Flowers in Bloom Decoupage Stepper Card KitCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the stepper as per instructions. I assembled the decoupage and the inverted window using thin foam tape. I attached these to the stepper as directed.

I assembled the Flowers in Bloom pyramid using thin foam tape and I added this to the card also using doouble sided tape.

This is a lovely card and a gift rolled into one.
