I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and it out. I used wet glue to secure the back and front base panels together. This gives you time to match both sides. When the glue was dry I threaded the shelf through the base.

I printed the decoupage pieces onto good quality photographic paper and cut them out. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I then threaded each upright through the correct slots on the shelf. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
