Birthday Pamper Yourself Decoupage Stepper Card KitCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and white card and cut it out. I scored and folded the white card stepper as per instructions. I assembled the decoupage and the inverted window using thin foam tape. I attached these to the stepper as directed.

I assembled the Happy Birthday pyramid using thin foam tape and I added this to the card also using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the candles to complete the card. This is a lovely card and a gift rolled into one.
