I printed the sheets onto good quality white card and cut out all of the images. I scored and folded the tab and attached to the card front with glue. I then added the inserts with glue and DST.

I attached the plaque using foam pads and finished by adding the butterflies and flowers, also with foam pads for a 3D effect.
