ABIGAIL ROSES TWIST & POP ALL OCCASIONS CARD KIT
Another of my twist &pop cards for the ladies. This one has easy pyramid decoupage on the front, and the back of the card is a floral postcard so you have plenty of room for your message. Print the backing paper on the reverse of the base. Fold up the pop out mechanism, Concertina fold the pop-out panel. A bit of glue and careful positioning and bingo ! A card that is certain to wow the recipient !!! A matching envelope is included and a selection of tags that make the card suitable for all occasions, especially as there is a blank tag for anything I have forgotton, plus 2 small images that you can use as toppers on other projects.
Included in the kit :
1) Base card

5) Pyramid decoupage for card front

I printed the design onto good quality 210gsm white card and then fed it back through the printer to print the backing paper on what will be the inside of the card.
I also printed the mechanism and the pop out onto 210gsm white card and cut these out.
I fed the pop out back through the printer to print the backing paper onto the reverse. I scored and folded the design as expected. I attached the pop out to the mechanism using strong double side tape. I applied the tape where indicated on the mechanism. I folded the pop out in half and positioned the centre to the centre of the mechanism.
I removed the backing from the sticky tape then opened the pop up and lay it flat across the mechanism so the sticky tape was applied correctly.
I did the same with the other side. I printed the base card again onto good quality 280gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I also printed the pyramid sheet onto good quality 280gsm photographic paper and cut this out. I assembled the pyramid using thin foam tape.
I cut the front panel from the base and attached it to the front of the card using double sided tape.
Beautiful card when finished.
