I printed off the base card and the decoupage sheet onto photographic paper, cut out all the elements and layered the decoupage with pinflair glue.
The envelope was printed off on paper, cut, folded and glued.
I loved this image when I saw it last year so it was nice to see it again in Ann-Marie's scalloped cards.
