I used Bic markers to outline all cut out pieces in coordinating colors. For the flowers and candle light I added glitter and bent the edges to stand out more.

On the owls final layer for the hat I added white Parfait premier yarn for a soft fluffy look and feel.

I added a lace ribbon loop at the top to give the option of hanging or standing the card up.

Then I added a lace ribbon bow over that to have a more finished look.
