A beautiful design

i printed the image on matt photo paper and cut out the elements,

i added the topper base layer to my card base with double sided tape and mounted the next two laters using foam pads,

i added snowflake acetate to the last frame layer and mounted with foam pads and added the rest of the decoupage

and finished with my choice of sentiment and a pearl string border
