I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper, the insert onto 120gsm paper and the bottom layer and the envelope onto 160gsm paper and cut these out.

I folded the main card and cut out the aperture on the front.

I attached the bottom layer behind the aperture on the front using double sided tape and this lets you can see the design on this through the aperture.

I added the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. I cut out the aperture on the front panel and attached it over the aperture on the front of the card using thin foam pads.

I added the extra decoupage and the greeting also using thin foam tape. I assembled the envelope using strong double sided tape.
