Blue New Baby Boy Congratulations 3D Picture Doily C & E KitCompleted by Gail Pennycuick
OccasionNew Baby / New Baby Boy
I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and assembled the card as per instructions. I used foam pads for the decoupage and double-sided tape to attach the doiley to its base. Finally I used some faux pearls to complete the card.
This is a very simple card to make that looks beautiful when finished.
