I printed the main image onto 240 gm cryogen pearlescent card and then printed the toppers onto 200gm gloss photo paper.

I attached the base and the scallop edge topper with 2mm mini foam mounts.

I added some gold glitter glue to the embellishment in the ribbon and two tiny feet with silicone glue. I placed the word Congratulations in a gold peel off on the middle of the card. I printed the insert onto decoupage paper and cut out and attached with a glue stick. I made the matching envelope with 120gm decoupage paper and used a glue stick to seal the sides.
